Creative Community Fund
Racing Magpie is proud to announce a program to support local artists, children and community by creating a scholarship and residency fund designed to break down some of the barriers that keep local artists and community members from participating and exploring their creativity. We are seeking sponsors and donors to support this worthy and needed fund that will benefit students of all ages and artists in many mediums in our community.
As part of his 2016 fellowship from OTA, Peter Strong, Racing Magpie's co-founder, has pledged his honorarium of $1,500 from the fellowship to seed this program.
The Black Hills Playhouse is serving as fiscal sponsor of this fund. To match Peter's donation, please go to the Black Hills Playhouse's website to make a donation or call the Playhouse at 605-255-4910.
